Megan has been great working with our two crazy little dogs, Wyatt and Higgins. Both dogs have a lot of energy that we needed ways to contain and redirect, especially out on walks. Megan was able to come in and set up an easy-to-understand plan for our 6-weeks of sessions, providing not just in person lessons , but written out manuals and homework. Was definitely a good experience working on training the dogs at home to fit into our routine and lifestyle. Cannot recommend Megan and Offbeat Canine enough!!!

When we first reached out to Megan, owner and operator of Offbeat Canine Training, we were desperate for help with our puppy Opal. She was very different from our first dog Olive, as Opal prefers to ask for forgiveness rather than permission! Within just one session with Megan, we saw an immediate improvement in Opal. Megan introduced us to structured play and helped us implement the proper leash and collar for her, which made a huge difference right away. Over the past few months of working with Megan, our lives have truly changed.

Both our puppy Opal and our 5-year-old dog Olive have transformed. We can now have people over without being jumped on or barked at (thank you, place!). Walks are no longer stressful, we can walk without barking or pulling at people, animals, cars, etc. Megan has also helped build our confidence as dog owners, encouraging us every step of the way and providing clear, positive guidance and corrections when needed.

She equips you as a handler with the skills you need to keep making progress between sessions. She has truly changed our lives, and we can’t wait to continue working with her and growing our skills even more!

Megan has worked with Nugget and I to learn the proper commands and techniques of a well behaved dog. She is absolutely amazing and we have learned so much! I highly recommend Offbeat Canine Training
